2021 CAMP UPDATES
Good News! With Covid-19 improving dramatically in Alberta, it is looking more likely that we will be able to run
Reels in the Rockies 2021! That said, we have had to make a number of changes in order for this to be possible. In order to allow more time for restrictions to be lifted and borders to open for our international campers, we have had to make a date change and some other changes listed below. As promised, if already registered and these changes don't work for you, for whatever reason, you will be entitled to get a full refund. However, if you commit to the below changes within the notified time we will no longer be able to provide a refund unless for medical reasons accompanied with a doctors note or a border closure. Of course it's important to keep in mind that restrictions could change at any time, and we will do our best to keep you updated.
AUGUST 15th - 19th 2021 (One day less than usual)
Venue remains the same! Goldeye Centre, Nordegg, Alberta
TBT - If restricted on numbers we will go on order of camp registrations received.
All Irish Dance programming will remain the same. Due to Covid-19 the Goldeye centre was unable to have their certifications done for some harnessed activities which means we will not be able to offer those this year. All other outdoor activities will remain including some new added for this year.
Due to camp being one day less than usual, and not being able to offer some harnessed activities price of camp has been reduced for 2021.
Price for 2021: $999 + GST (CAD)
All details on our 2021 instructors will be released on our staff page and social media when we have that information.
All currently registered campers will be able to cancel or commit to above changes within 1 week of being notified. New registrations will not be allowed to cancel. If committed to the above 2021 camp, no cancellations will be permitted unless for medical reasons with a doctor's note or a border closure/travel restriction.
WILL WE NEED A NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST OR VACCINE TO ATTEND?
Most likely no if you are Canadian. Alberta Government may require international travellers entering the country to be vaccinated or do a rapid test.
