2021 Tuition & Risk-Free Registration Policy 


The cost of camp is $1220 + GST (CAD) which includes all Irish dance sessions with internationally renowned instructors, all adventure activities run by trained guides, trained lifeguards, accommodation, all meals, mandatory CLRG fee, and a welcome pack (includes camp t-shirt). Registrations received before Christmas receive $75 off. Each additional dancer from the same household receives $50.00 off their tuition.  If your dancer requires transportation from Calgary International Airport, we will do our best to accommodate if there is enough interest. There will be an additional charge. Please let us know at the time of registration if that is something you would be interested in. 

Upon acceptance of your registration, we will send you an invoice. We offer incremental payment options which you can pick on the application form.


Reels in the Rockies does not accept post-dated cheques. A $25 service charge will be applied to each NSF payment. All supporting documents (besides the registration form) must be received at the Reels in the Rockies office within 1 month of your registration.

As you know, there are constant changes regarding rules, regulations and travel restrictions with the Covid-19 pandemic. We are planning to go ahead as normal for 2021, but we acknowledge that we might need to change our strategy as we get closer to the date.


Changes to Reels in the Rockies 2021 could potentially involve:

• A date change

• A different venue

• Updated programming/structure.


We know there is still an element of unknown which is why your 2021 deposit is RISK-FREE! Should we be unable to run our camp in its current format, we will contact you to arrange a refund OR offer a new format. The new format will be priced based on what we can offer. You can choose to receive a full refund of your deposit or roll it into the updated programming.

Your deposit with us is RISK-FREE this year. Our customers’ satisfaction and safety is #1. Reels in the Rockies will always do our very best to communicate all changes with as much notice as possible. ** Please keep in mind, the Alberta government may restrict the amount of campers we are able to host. In the case that we have more registrations than we are permitted to host, we will go in order of paid registration. Your payment does NOT guarantee your camper's spot in this instance, but we will, of course refund you should our numbers be restricted. 


Cancellations received prior to April 1st, 2021 are entitled to a full refund. After April 1st, refunds will only be issued with doctor's notes or due to circumstances beyond control (ie. unable to travel due to pandemic restrictions.) Written notice of the cancellation as well as a Medical Certificate will be required. If we change the programming or local restrictions mean we can't operate, you will be entitled to a full refund.  Refunds will not be issued in instances where the camper is removed from the camp program at the choice or request of the camper or camper’s parent(s)/ guardian(s) OR if the camper is dismissed from camp for contravention of the camp code of conduct for behaviour. 


Reels in the Rockies reserves the right to cancel programs at any time in which case a full refund will be issued. If travelling from out of province/country, we highly suggest you purchase insurance for your travel in case of cancellation.
